Beginning of 2021 I have had only an idea of what I am doing today and nothing in my mind was suggesting that 6 months later I would be working on the finishing touches of realizing it. But then, almost in a blink of a moment, everything had changed. Something profound had happened and in the span of about an half hour I have become a completely different person. From a life time of internal oppression I have been catapulted to liberty. And the best thing about it, I knew in that very same moment, with the essence of my being, yes, this is the real deal. Not just a new beginning among many, which usually is just a change of geography or the excitement of experiencing a new relationship. You know that feeling, once settled in with the „new“ situation, the realization comes that nothing has changed. We are still approaching the wall and what has been happening is about to repeat itself, again.

But not this time.

This time everything I have been feeling and thinking, touching and hearing, seeing and smelling had become a new experience. Everything so well known transformed into a new experience of the so well known. And neither did I change location nor has a new personal environment preceded the moment. Nowhere in my mind would I have seen it coming that the coincidence of a random feeling of depression and devastation in the presence of a very dear person closely followed by reading an article about Gaslighting, that by content was not even novel to me, would trigger a complete and profound transformation of the edifice pattern of my very psyche and release it to a much greater understanding. Two events both by themselves a repetition, combined in the described sequence, delivered a revelation of omnipotent magnitude.

The details of these 2 events I will be publishing in a different piece of writing. As much as I wish that a single paragraph could carry over to any reader the wealth of meaning I want to impart, who would be writing books if a random guy had the ability to perform such feat?? So please bear with me and continue exploring this website and I will give my best to answer questions and deliver explanations.

Here and now, what I want to impart is the meaning of this website and the logo that I have created to mark my stake in this world of ours. My time has come and this is what I have to give and more is to come.

The logo itself might be self-explanatory this said never take anything for granted and so also not the multitudes of interpretation something seemingly obvious to one person may not so much be for the other. AutarQi is a composite of 3 words and at least that many states of mind. Both rare and desirable most often unreachable. Sometimes even unattanaible by cause of the decisions that individuals have had made for themselves.

So the words I have brought together to emphasize not only my transformation but also a state of mind and stance in this world are the following.

Autarky, (Greek: self-sufficiency) is in modern times most often used in an economical sense and in relation to great numbers of people that aspire to free themselves and the society they form from trade dependent relationships with other (foreign or alien) societies that may or may not be exploitative. The aim is to generate more internal wealth stability but not necessarily overall prosperity.

Autarchy, similarly but not the same, means in Greek self-governing and in recent history is used also rather on larger group dynamics of government and this time really obviously wants to liberate the group from being governed by other groups. Which by itself is contradictory, because government at some point is always the other and becomes an opposing and unwanted force.

Because each of these, broadly speaking, political-economical ideological views are incongruent by the same nature of the habitat we live in, which does not allow for closed states of being, I want to bring in the philosophical origins that go back to old Greek societies. After all these words have been formed by the Greeks of antiquity and only second-hand usage has created all kinds of second-hand interpretations and use-experiments.
In that line of taught I believe the word „Self“ should be emphasized and generalization from the individual to a sum of many individuals avoided. So same as it is written, „self-governed“ and „self-sufficient“, what I am concentrating on is what I as an individual can do is to learn to achieve highest levels of self-governance and self-sufficiency. Given that this is a universal right and therefore no single individual can limit any other individual in the pursuit to achieve the highest level of self-governance and self-sufficiency. To the contrary, fostering and support for each other is desired, as this by itself has an outcome on the group as a whole. An intellectual practice of searching for solutions from a group stand point of view is actually rather to be avoided because of what really matters, I believe, is what the individual self is able to achieve and should strife for. The outcome in the always present group setting is a result of the work of the multitudes of self.

Last but not in the slightest least, the third word in this composition, that is of course „Qi“. It sits there at the end of everything and smiles at us and at all of our efforts because it was already there at the beginning but we could not see it. Qi – The unaware where? The great what? The innocent why? Qi in this sense is more something of a concept then it is a word. The word itself comes from the Chinese language and has been used since ancient times and also in many, often unrelated ways. The concept on the other hand has been present in every culture in similar or even the same way as it is documented in Chinese philosophy and other disciplines of thought that aim to explain existence and specifically the relationship to us humans. The word is only a place holder for the ultimate mystery of our existence and I have chosen Qi not because I prefer it to for example „Prana“, or „Spirit“, or because I agree specifically and only with the Chinese school of thought about this concept. While scientific endeavor has proven vastly superior in its empirical form to explain and describe the immediate existence of matter and its smallest parts of energy and the corresponding behavior of these, we have not reached conclusive understanding where we really are. Neither in the smallest nor in the biggest scopes of perception. Simply said we do not know where the universe is and we do not know what the smallest of this universe is. That is why I want to suggest that the ultimate understanding of these scientific questions depends on our knowledge of the here. Or more precisely, it depends on what we allow (or are able to allow) to our individual self to accept as the here and that it is directly impacting our overall ability to understand the where, what and why and ultimately establish knowledge about it. Figuratively speaking to learn about a new space or alien object, you need to enter it or touch it, otherwise it simply does not exist and/or would not matter to us. Even though it exists. „Where is here?“, „What is here“ and even more demanding „Why is here?“ is in a broad sense the mastery of the self. But what it actually does is ask of our self to understand how that self actually comes to existence. Is it just birth or is there something else to be accounted for that precedes even birth? And that brings us back to self-governance and self-sufficiency and the reason why with all the advantages it brings to be a herd individual it is to be avoided as a way of life, at all costs. Perception, awareness, consciousness is not being born in a group, it is born in the self. In the individual self and in every single one in the same way, regardless of the many forms of opinion, view, believe, etc. Once you have entered this space you will see that you will search for the concept that is, in one of the known material representations, expressed with the teaching about Qi. It is on the one hand a reward for your efforts but also the answer because Qi is in it all. Before and behind, left and right, inside and outside. Qi is beyond the borders of the universe and at the same time the „smallest part“. It is physical and yet also metaphysical. Qi is difficult to convey and impossible to give. The here teaches you about the Qi but you have to go inside the layers and go beyond the physical. At the same time the Qi teaches you about the here because that is what here is. Any other person can only talk about it but cannot give it. Each person has to experience and find it for themselves and there is no device but your own body/self that can „measure“ it. Therefore to be able to find the strength to ask your self these questions self-sufficiency and self-governance are the key ingredients, because personal potency is of essential importance. That is why to ask the question „Why is where?“ will drive you mad because there are many layers to cross and to be „measured and falsified“ until the „Why“ becomes „I am here and now“.
